cook the BigSteaks in saltwater
pour into a sieve, let cool a bit, and press between two small boards to remove excess liquid
cook again with enough water, this time add tomato purree, broth, marmite, soy sauce and liquid smoke
pour again and press again between boards
on both long sides, make cuts upt to the middle, first one side, on the other place the cuts between the previous cuts (video explains better)
roast in a pan with oil until satisfying color is reached
put into a large oven pan, from both sides aplly a good amount of Sriracha (if wanted) and BBQ sauce
put into th eoven for approx. 10min at 250°C
